Cancellation Policy
We try and avoid wasted appointments when people fail to attend at the agreed time. To assist us, we request you give us at least 24 hours notice via telephone or email if you need to cancel.
Important: Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid charges and help us accommodate other patients.
