By booking an appointment or using our services at Wantage Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Clinic, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with treatment.

Appointment policy
  • Appointments must be booked in advance through our reception or online booking system
  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete necessary paperwork
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling
  • We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee
  • Emergency appointments are available subject to practitioner availability
  • Follow treatment recommendations and attend scheduled follow-up appointments
Payment terms & fees
  • Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and bank transfers
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
  • Cancellation fees apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
  • Insurance claims and reimbursements are the responsibility of the patient
  • Outstanding balances may be referred to a debt collection agency
  • Payment plans may be available for extended treatment courses

  • All treatments carry inherent risks which will be discussed during consultation
