By booking an appointment or using our services at Wantage Chiropractic & Physiotherapy Clinic, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with treatment.
- Appointments must be booked in advance through our reception or online booking system
- Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to complete necessary paperwork
- Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time or rescheduling
- We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations
- Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee
- Emergency appointments are available subject to practitioner availability
- Follow treatment recommendations and attend scheduled follow-up appointments
- Payment is required at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made
- We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and bank transfers
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
- Cancellation fees apply for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
- Insurance claims and reimbursements are the responsibility of the patient
- Outstanding balances may be referred to a debt collection agency
- Payment plans may be available for extended treatment courses
- Treatment outcomes cannot be guaranteed and may vary between individuals
- All treatments carry inherent risks which will be discussed during consultation
- Patients must disclose all relevant medical history and current medications
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is not in the patient's best interest
- Emergency medical conditions should be directed to A&E or emergency services
